Stacy Zemke is the Open Educational Resources (OER) Coordinator for the OU Libraries, and an adjunct instructor for the Schoolof Library and Information Studies. She has been studying the use of OER by faculty and students since 2004. She was born andraised in Norman, leaving long enough to get two Art History degrees in Boulder, then returning to earn her MS in KnowledgeManagement from OU. Stacy has spent most of her working life in Oklahoma, trying to find a balance between academics and technology.
